I recently met the woman of my dreams and I have fallen in love with her, she is the most wonderful woman I have ever met in my life and I want to spend the rest of my life with her, she has pcos and I want to be as supportive as I can, and be there for her in anyway her heart desires.

Keep up the support...she'll need you to be there for her...it really helps. I know our DW's could do it by themselves, but it's a lot easier to handle when you deal with it together.
