Blah...I had too much for dinner and now I feel gross. Any suggestions on how to not feel so full after eating too much? Should I take a walk, lay down, sit still? I'm uncomfortable. I broke the golden rule of healthy eating- I waited all day and then then by dinner I was so hungry I pigged out. YUCK!

I usually take slow small sips of herbal or green tea and sit down for a while. I dont have to finish the cup but i find it soothes and makes me pee more and releives that bloated feeling; that can last for a while even if i dont feel really full.
Also green tea's especially jasmine is good for when you eat greasy foods.

I totally agree with the green tea thingie........I drink green tea all the time hot and cold and it does work....especially if u eat those greasy foods late at nite but I wouldnt advise laying down on a full tummy it may make matters worse
