I don't know what I am doing wrong.. I bought a ribbon, it came off my points but it isn't showing up under my name.. can someone tell me what I am doing wrong?

Thanks, when I follow your store link, I can get there, but when I go to the points option under my username, it just offers for mw to donate money to myself, which stupid me actually did. lol. Any idea what I am doing wrong. I thought maybe I wasn't signed in, but I checked and I am signed in. TIA
