I have been trying this morning to give rep to fellow cysters and all that happens is I get bounced back to the top of the current page (no rep boxes) am I doing something wrong?

I can't get into Ribbons and Gifts either. . .

Do you have a pop-up blocker?

When you click the scales, normally a little box for comments should pop up. If that's not happening, perhaps your pop-up blocker is not allowing the little box to appear.
