In the last day or so my cervix has moved down and with it came my NuvaRing. I am not due to take it out until next Thursday, but every time I go potty it is hanging out. I can't keep it in.

This is my first month on it. Any ideas?

Hmmm. I wish I had some great ideas for you. I did great with the Nuva Ring for several months and then for some reason I could not get it in and keep it there. Drove me nuts. I ended up going back to the pill for other reasons, but I am not sure why it moves down.

My doc told me I had a very small area there and that could have been why mine wasnt working. This may be too much info....I apologize....but hubby used to, um, help me get it into place if you know what I mean.

Armour 1 grain as of 9/16/2008
Soy CD 1-5 (cd 1/2-120mg and cd3-5 160mg)
NPC after O
5 HTP 100mg/day
Iodoral 50mg/day
Protonix when needed
Multi-Vitamin daily
