Default I don't mean to Sound stupid but....

Hi All,

I know this is probably going to sound really stupid but what is an endocrinologist and what do they do..?

I was told but my gyne that I have to go to one but to be honest I was so scared and confused at the time I didn't think to ask. Which means I'm now even more worried and confused...

Thanks

Emma

Hi

Well, this is the way I understand it

A gynae is a gynaecology dr, and an endocrinologist is the dr who specialises in hormone problems.

Hope this helps

Eva
