My main concern is being able to have children I am so worried as My partner and I have been rtying for a baby for four years and I have managed to get pregnant once and then I miscarried.

I feel so sad as I dont know what my options are now.

My doctor said that he could put me on hormones does this mean when I take hormones that I will be able to concieve

please someone advise me as this is getting me down so badly

I am so glad of this site

Hi

Welcome to sc. I joined this site last month and the information on here is really useful. I was diagnosed 7 yrs ago. But since joining this site I have realised that there are things that I didn't really know. Be patient honey, and look through this site. Don't rush it as its alot of infomation to take in. You could even make notes if it helps. And if there is anything specific you want to ask then put up another post. Have a look through the newbies forums, as it might help.

You can pm me anytime if you want to chat
Good luck and take care

Bex

Salina,

I sent you a Private message, but incase you have not figured all that out yet....WELCOME

This is the best site, very informative. I agree with Bexx, just start reading. You will be suprised how much info there is on here and how little Doctor's know about this syndrome. Check out the Trying to conceive board there are alot of cysters that could help you I am sure. Good Luck

Nicole

Unhappy

You right honey, the healthcare in th UK is not brilliant. Getting the tests that we need is a nightmare. I'm fed up with it all. The doctors here seem to have different opinions on PCOS and how serious it is. This makes it very difficult for us British gals to get the best poss healthcare that we need.
