Unhappy I feel awful..headache, neckache, nausea...

I have been feeling pretty bad the past couple of weeks. I stopped taking vitamins (lack of money) and I feel worse than usual. I took a week off of work and I started some exercising..just a few pushups and situps and leg exercises with ankle weights.... really not much of anything..and I feel absolutely horrible. My neck and head hurt so bad and I feel like I'm going to be sick from it. I didn't get anything accomplished during my week off from work, because I was sleeping or feeling sick most of the time. I'm just upset and needed to talk about it. I'm frustrated. I haven't had AF in almost 7 months now... maybe this is my PMS..maybe I'll start soon. That would be a miracle.

It's after midnight and I'm tired, but I can't sleep because I feel so horrible so I thought I would get online and pass some time away. I already took some asprin a couple of hours ago and it has not helped one bit. I drank a little sprite and ate some saltine crackers and I still feel bad.

I have to go back to work tomorrow and I am dreading that so bad. I am upset that I have to work. I'm upset that I feel bad and have to go to work anyway. I really really really want a job where I can work from home because my feeling bad really interferes with my ability to function in everyday life.

I just needed go vent a little bit here as you are the only people that can relate to how I am feeling. It's so hard to try to talk to someone who has no idea what I am going through.

I'm so thankful this site is here. I love you all and appreciate all your support.

not a problem. feel free to vent. you can also rant on the Rant board. :-)

i'm sorry you feel bad. you probably have some sort of bug. i didn't have a period for a year, but i didn't feel sick from it. of course, everyone is different.

i'd say "email me anytime", which of course you're welcome to, as all cysters are... but i'm afraid you wouldn't get a response from me at midnight, cuz i don't have a comp at home. but at least we have the boards here.

I sometimes get head and neck aches during PMS, too. Even in months where I skip AF I often get some PMS symptoms llike the neck aches. Sometimes I get queesy with the neck aches, but I've read that's normal with migraines. Also I get to feeling "sick" like I just can't get anything done. This usually is around AF, too.

Our dog also gets some PMS symptoms, LOL, even when she skips a heat (Except the bleeding.) It's weird having a dog and a baby in diapers while dealing with AF, LOL.

Hope you get to feeling better soon!

I was looking for the Rant section and couldn't find it at that time. I felt so horrible. I thought I was the only one who got PMS symptoms BAD with or without AF.
I took a home pregnancy test last night to make sure I am not pregnant..and of course it was negative..not suprised.
Feb. 4th will make it 7 months without AF. Before when I went so long without AF my doctor prescribed Provera... I took it 10 days then stopped and got AF right away..but.. I felt so terrible and it was a HEAVY period..then two weeks later I got another AF.... I'm not sure I want to go through that again. I remember how weak and sick I felt.
I have one new pack of birth control pills, a sample a dr had given me and I never used... if I take the last 5 pills in that pack do you think it would make me start my period? I'm getting desperate, and I'm very worried about my risk for getting cancer

Hi stac8454, I'm sorry you're feeling so bad. I used to get some PMS symptoms even when I didn't get AF. Now I'm on birth control, so I don't have to deal with the wondering-am I going to get AF or not and if I'm not why do I feel like I am? I like the predictability. Anyway, you aksed about taking the last 5 pills and I don't think that will help because the last 5 are usually the reminder pills that don't have any hormones in them. You can actually skip them and still get a period. I would say start at the beginning of the pack. That way you are getting the hormones that will give you AF and you'll beable to pinpoint when it will start. They also might alleviate some of the PMS symptoms. HTH
