Angry I feel horrible today -- AF?

Hi all

I am on day 27 of a clomid cycle and I am incredibly depressed. I normally dont get like this but I feel hysterical and out of control. I am not able to handle my work pressures and I feel angry at my husband for "abandoning" me when he goes to work.

I am on Prometrium for my lining and I am on day 27. Last cycle I got my period on day 32. I do not have any pre-period cramps or anything.

What do you think? Should I test? Does anyone else get like this. I feel like screaming and crying!

I don't think you should test until Friday (14 days after your IUI, right?) because getting negative tests is super depressing and there's no reason to depress oneself with a false negative just because you tested too early.

I haven't done it (yet) myself, but from what I've read, clomid can be a really bad emotional roller coaster, as can progesterone supplementation. My guess is that you're reacting to the hormones. Chocolate usually helps me when I've got Provera induced hysteria/depression... if I don't have any pressing work to do I will also watch or read lots of sappy romantic/comic stuff to keep my mind off things and I also cry a lot.
