The best treatment for PCOS is low carb diet, exercise, and an insulin sensitizing med (usually metformin). It's important to make sure you are on a high enough dose. Byetta is a relatively new drug and is for weight loss only. Many women with PCOS are thin or average weight and don't really need to lose weight. However, for those that are overweight, losing some can help. I would suggest seeing a reproductive endocrinologist and getting metformin. Good luck.
