i have been kind of quiet as we were just plodding along, getting our classes done and our visits and our paper work, etc...... but yesterday our cw came to do dh's final visit and she told us that she had time and if it was ok she would do both our visits in the same day. we of course said yes!! so we are officially done! she just has to write up the official homstudy paper report. but she said that if a child becomes available before then that they could still place them with us and finish the report after. so we are officially waiting for "the call"!! this is so exciting. we start this foster/adopt journey this past spring. it's so nice to be done with the prep work and to finally be waiting! i never thought i'd make it to this point, it seemed so unachievable. and with so many wonderful things happening on the bb lately, i'm praying that our case will follow the bb's pattern. maybe we too will have another little one with us for the holidays!
