Default I found an Australian Low Carb Shop Online

I was walking down the main street of my town today when I walked passed a Gym and in the window was the book "Do you have syndrome X?" and it caught my eye then next to it was low carb chocolate muffin mix which is 2.1g of carb per muffin and 1.4g of sugars. The pack is for a serving of 10 and you can freeze them.
There are other products too, like Almond cookies that 1.2 gms of carb per cookie and Fibre X cereal.
Thats good news for us Aussies and for those that dont feel comfortable buying online from overseas.
Check out the website at www.empowerfoods.com.au

Hope they taste as good as they look on the packet. Bye for now.

Nice site. I couldn't find any prices for the products. I'd be interested too. Let us know how you go.

HI all,

I baked the low carb muffins that I bought, and after one bite I spat them out.
They were horrible. They tasted like cardboard, and Im sure I couldnt get used of them either.
I gave a muffin to 3 ppl to try and they all did the same.
What a shame, I thought I was onto a good thing. Just aswell though, as they were not cheap, they cost $6.00 for the box that makes 12 muffins.

That's so disappointing, Dannielle. Thanks for letting us know.

Could low carb fruits or sweetener be added? The fibre X cereal can be used in cooking, maybe muffins could be made from that? There are a few recipies on the web site.

regards
