I have had really bad acne for as long as I can remember. I have tried everything I could think of without a Rx. I also tried antibiotics(oral) and it didn't help. A couple weeks ago I asked the Dr about this and he gave me a Rx for Erythromycin (topical) I put it on each night and wash it off in the morning. It has almost completely cleared my skin! Hope this helps someone.
