For the first time in my life, I got my period without the help of any meds! I have been off all meds since November 2008, and in February I got my very first natural period. I just wanted to share the news!!

Congrats Lindsay! I know how it feels! I hope you start getting it regularly on your own. Was there any specific recipe that got you to the point of having a period on your own?

Thank you! No recipe. I just think my stress levels decreased as I was no longer thinking about my PCOS as I had not gone through any treatments for TTC since last November. Keeping my fingers crossed that this wasn't just a fluke.
