I'm on cd1 today. I'm ready to go with this soy stuff. I got it from Wal Mart in caplet form. I'm planning on taking it cd5-9. What mg should I take? Also, when do I take the Robitussin and how often?

Someone who has some experience with this please let me know what you've been doing . Thanks!
