Just curious but why did you have it removed? Even though the lapband is removable you should look at it like a lifetime thing and for it to not be removed.

was removed becaused it slipped, and to make things worse i didnt have my sergon around she was on vaca, so i lesson to what ever the other docters nurses were telling me, i know my serg would of fixxed it and left it in
Sounds like you would qualify. I'm not sure if the insurance will accept PCOS as a comorbid condition (it didn't for me). GL with your sleep study & getting your band placed again!
