I just need to get this out there. As much as I expect her every cycle I still get in such a funk when she actually shows. There is nothing anyone can do for me-and I know so many of you experience the same thing-but just being able to get this out there helps to make me feel a little better.

Emma, I am with you dear. Af is 3 weeks late (as usual I am late) I took a HPT last week and got a BFN. Still no AF! I am dieting and losing weight which makes me happy but then when AF doesn't show I get a lil hope and then get a big let down. So you are not alone. And just get it out! I know its very frustrating!!!!

I can completely relate to this! It happens every time without fail, I always become depressed during AF. Always! Even before I was diagnosed with PCOS, when I first started having my period! I'll never forget it, the day I got it, I told my Mom I was never going outside ever again! It does help to know we are not alone in feeling this way.

I know! It can be difficult to have to deal with hormonal issues on top of AF. Luckily it doesn't last very long.

I'm the same way...and I go into fits of rage too. That doesn't really help with the feeling sad thing after you've yelled at all of your friends and they don't want to be around you.
