last month i started clomid 100 mg had ultrasound CD17 with 18mm follicle took FSH injection and on CD19 took HCG shot and ovulated the same day and then started taking the progesterone

The fact that you are so young, determined and you know you ovulate means you have a lot on your side. Are you seeing a reproductive endocrinologist or a regular ob/gyn? Reproductive endocrinologists know exactly how to deal with PCOS. Also has your husband had a semen analysis? You should know if there are any issues on his end too.
Hang in there, and just believe

I have the same fears you do except right now I have no insurace so I don't know if I'm ovulating or not.

The free clinic I went to just told me I had PCOS and advised that I walk to reverse the symptoms.

I'm 21 years old. It sounds like you've answered your own questions. If you're on Met, you ovulate, and you're actively trying to lose weight I don't think you'll have trouble conceiving.

Gumus- It is so hard not to get discouraged, but you have a lot of positives on your side. It will happen for you! Look at all the women on this board who have been successful! We are so fortunate to have this website as an outlet for support and information. You are not alone. I can't say be patient because you can't. I know. Although its normal to feel discouraged, you mentioned your depression. If you feel it is not under control you should talk to your doctor about it. The last thing you want is to become pregnant, with all those crazy hormones and have issues with depression on top of that. I know right now it seems like getting pregnant will make everything ok, but if you are having other issues it will not make things better.
Are you seeing a reproductive endocrinologist or a obgyn? Endocrinologists know so much more about PCOS. If you have not seen one, I would suggest you at least have a consult.

I am sorry that you are feeling a little blue. I get that way after every month (13 months) of trying to conceive without result. I just stopped my progesterone 8 days ago, AF showed up 6 days ago and I start another round of clomid. Once my new cycle start I feel a bit more hope. Keep your head up and hopefully next month will bring you a little bundle of joy. It will happen for you!

Don't give up hun, Give Clomid another go if this cycle is a bust.... my Friend had the same issues as you along with endo and twisted tube and she is 6 months preggo right now from her 3rd round of Clomid......It's easy to say, a hard to do, but relax and have fun while trying...... That is how DH and I got preggo, unfortunately our ended too soon, but we were so scheduled the first round and it was sooooooo much pressure, the second round was fun, and we would laugh.... Helped so much.... best of luck!!!!!

Gumus - I know how you feel. My cycle is the same, usually 33 days long and I would O on cd 18-21 - BOO on that! haha. I've been taking Metformin, 1500 a day, for 3 full months now and I feel like this cycle is the first cycle that I O'd (hopefully) around on cd 14. So it taught me the lesson that something this important, this life changing (preparing my body to have a baby) is going to take time and I HAVE to find a way to be patient with it. Which is SO hard for me b/c I turn 28 in Sept and expected to have 2 of my 3 kids down by now! haha.

Anyway - you're not alone. Find something to throw yourself into that makes you feel good about yourself and stay hopeful. The time is going to pass anyway, so you might as well spend it feeling good about YOU!
