Thanks for lisining.
You sound so stressed. I'm sorry. Don't get too uptight about the weight. You are probably in a stall, which happens, and is completely normal. I think your doctor is insane to expect you to lose 5 pounds a week! I don't care how overweight a person is, 5 pounds a week might only be logical if you had a gastric bypass or went on an extreme diet. It's not a reasonable amount if you expect to keep it off. While vacations are enjoyable, they can also be very stressful, so that's probably adding to it.
As for TTC, I understand completely. I turn 35 next week, and no luck so far. Both my husband and I have fertility issues and because of a past record, adoption is not even an option for us until 2007 and even then, I have a feeling that we wouldn't be accepted. I don't know how long you've been on Met, but it takes a while to get into your system and to really start working.
Try to do something other than eating to de-stress. I'm in Ohio, and it finally cooled off for us today. Maybe take a walk? That would burn off the frustration and help with the weight as well. Your anniversary should be a time to celebrate. Take a few minutes and write down all of the positive things in your life and your marriage. Maybe it will help you get in the mood to celebrate.
yes diffently, I love dh, I weigh 289 which isn't enormus, but i think she is insain to and i feel like that put alot of pressure on me, yah I will enjoy my vacation wow it will be nice 10 days off woooohoooo. thank you
you know what else I did that I can laugh about, lift my milk in my car for to long just forgot about it yuck, lol so you know I am ok when you relize you done that lol...
I can sympathize hun! I am bigger than you are and trying desperately to lose weight and it just sucks to not see that scale budge! And I'm SUCH a chocoholic too lol. Definitely talk to the doctor about upping your dosage of met. I bet you will see a lot of improvement.
Celebrate your marriage, celebrate your love and the fact that you found each other. We have an anniversary coming up soon too and it really is a reason to rejoice.
I know TTC can be frustrating and everytime you get your period it brings you just a little lower, but there are so many options in fertility treatments right now. Plus, a lot of cysters have had success with met and weight loss in being able to conceive.
I wish you all the luck in the world. You are a wonderful and supportive cyster and we are all so lucky to have you with us!

My fingers are crossed that you get your house! I know how it can be. Our first house (condo actually) was an FHA loan and they are ridiculous about stuff too! We finally moved out of there into our current house but the process stunk this time too! It really is stressful! I am hoping for the best for you!

I'm sorry it's so rough right now. I think your doc's wrong, wanting you to lose so much so soon. Usually, experts say 2 lbs a week is a healthy amount to lose.
Try to do something to destress, okay?

You Need To Do Some Thing For Yourself. Like Go And Get Your Hair Done Or Your Nails. No Matter What You Look Like Your Husband Loves You For Who You Are. Its What Inside That Matters. Dont Be So Hard On Your Self Take One Day At A Time. Take Some Time For Yourself. Its So Easy For The Dr To Say Lose 5 Lbs In A Week. But Come Right Down To It Its Hard. Unless You Work Out All The Time. You Would Have To Live Around The Gym And Whop Wants To Do That. So My Advice Is Take Baby Steps And Work Your Way Up, But Dont Forget About Yourself.
