Red face I HAVE BEEN SO SICK/Cant take it anymore

Hi Everyone,

I have really been through it these past few weeks.I landed in the hospital twice, the doctors kept misdiagnosing me,and sending me home.I was sooo scared because of my symptoms,it felt like a near death experience, shaking, rapid heart beat, dizziness, nausea, panic attacks.I was praying and begging God to send me answers.I got many diagnoses before, and I am now 8,000 dollars in medical debt, because the ER doctors did not have a clue.
Well it turns out I have very bad Acute Labyrinthitis(Inner ear infection) And Vertigo, that is the current diagnosis,I am waiting on a few blood test results to get back next week to rule anything else out. They gave me a shot of steroids, and Ant-vertigo medication for when I get an episode. All in all i have feared for my life this week, and was tossed from one doc to the next, and went home was fine for a couple of days and then WAM!@!!It happened again,I thought it was low blood sugar so I just kept forcing myself to have protein every couple hours, well I still kept getting sick, the palms of my hands were sweating, and in between taking the medication the episodes come back!!!! I have really really HAD JUST ABOUT ALL I CAN TAKE!!!

Tara

Hey girl,
sorry that you are feeling so rotten, I know what it is like to know within yourself something is wrong and doctors don't have a clue, it can be very frustrating, to say the least. Have you had any blood tests done? For the vertigo I know I had that problem anytime I was iron deficient. As far as ear infections, I so sympathize with you...I have had them chronically since I was a little girl because I had strep throat all the time and I guess the two go hand in hand. I don't have any medical insurance either, and so when I can I try to self medicate myself with what I can when I get sick. I load up on tea, vitamin C, chicken soup, ginger ale, anything with antioxident properties, and they take care of so many sicknesses...upset stomach, dizziness, nausea, sore throats, sore ears, you name it. I have a hot water bottle, an electric hot pad, my bottle of womens vitamins, Advil Liqui-Gels and alot of aromatherapy sprays! I also ask for God to help me out, I have alot of faith in Him to help me when I am sick or scared, I know if I try to do things on my own He will help and He does. I don't have alot of advice, just empathy and moral support. Just believe in yourself and listen to yourself! Don't get worked up...just take it day by day and do the best you can. Its gotten me this far! Good luck and God bless you.

Tara, that is almost too much for one person to have to go through. I hope things will settle down soon and you'll feel better.
Hugs!

It cleared my brain fog, brought back af, helped me lose weight, made me o' again, and helped me get pregnant. My first Metformin miracle is now 3 years old, my second (surprise one) arrived December11!
