I was so incredibly negative and angry after my PCOS diagnosis. I suffer from OCD and felt completely sad and useless. My Doc put me on medication and while it fixed my anxiety attacks I still felt incredibly down on myself.
I started to see a psychologist and it was the best thing I ever did. I have a person who I can talk to, who won't judge me (even though your friends and family aren't supposed to they do so you never tell them everything), who I can scream and cry in front of, who I can call when things become over the top and who will support me.
For anyone feeling overwhelmed please contact your local mental health clinic being able to talk really does make a difference.

You said it! My counselor is a God-send. I still take antidepressants, but there is nothing like having someone that can look at you from outside of your life, and help you figure our your direction.

Anyone struggling, please don't hesitate to get help. The difference is amazing!
