My dr took me off the Met today because my abdomin pain is getting out of control. I was finally feeling good before the 17th. I really thought it would be the solution along with eatting right, exercise, etc. They can not figure out where the pain coming from or what is causing it. There only recourse is to take me off the Met.

I could not handle taking met, either. My doctor put me on Avandia and I had good results with that. I have also heard people mention a drug called Actos, but I don't know anything about that one.

it may not be from the Met, my pain got worse when I was off the met. guess you just have to see if it gets better or worse off it
