for the whole cycle, but I haven't heard any of you talk about using it to get pregnant. I want to try this and don't exactly know how to go about it.
Here are my questions.

1. When exactly do I start it
2. Where do I put it? I read the box and it said I can put it on my hands so do I just rub it on my hands like lotion? Do I alternate places?
3. Is the brand from wal mart any good?
4. How many times a day do I use it?

Thanks for the answers in advance. My temp dropped today so I am looking to start it any time now.

1. When exactly do I start it
A. You would start the NPC when ovulation is confirmed (3dpo if you are charting, or 7dpo if you have a P4 test at the dr's). Use it for at least 14 days. If an HPT is negative, then you can stop and your period should start.

A. You use your hands and rub it into the "fleshy" areas of your body: tummy, butt, thighs, upper arms, breasts. Every time you put it on, rotate which body part you are applying it to.

3. Is the brand from wal mart any good?
I don't know - perhaps another cyster will know that info.

4. How many times a day do I use it?
The container should tell you that information. It depends on the concentration, and what dose (how much) you apply.
