Red face I have now officially electrocuted my armpits. lol

I had both armpits done by electrolysis the other day. Irritating as hell but hopefully worth it. I'm not overly hairy, but boy the thought of not having to shave! Who else has done this, and about how much regrowth did you have after the first 'clearing'. lol

-High testosterone, cortisol, aldosterone, androstenedione, free androgen index, no apparent insulin resistance however
-off all hormone meds since having pulmonary embolism in August 2009
-Main symptoms: weight gain (especially annoying in mid-section/abdomen), high androgens, very low progesterone, no periods unless on OC
-fortunate to have very good bp, blood sugar, cholesterol, etc., no hirsutism.

I started doing my armpits but I have alot to go yet. I notice a decrease in the volume of hair in the areas she did already. Please post again and let us know how it works for you.

Meds: Glucophage 1000 mg 2 x a day. Byetta 5 mcg 2 x a day. Taking a break from Byetta as of 10/9/09 until at least Jan 01 2010

Chromium 500 mg 2 x a day, Inositol 650 mg 2 x a day, Vitamin D 1000 IU once a day.

Yep, I sure will. I went in and had both all done completely. Took 2 and 1/2 hours and I was definitely twitching at the end, but then I'd forgotten to take some Advil beforehand. Next time I'll try the numbing cream. lol

You are very brave to do that all in one shot. I can only tolerate about fifteen minutes a session. You must be a strong woman!
