ok i took provera to bring on AF it was 10mg for 10days and on the 4th day i started vitex. it takes AF 14days to come after taking my last pill(provera) i just wanted to know is there such thing as my body having to much progesterone. i mean taking the provera and vitex together will that stop or prolong AF coming?

please someone help!!!!!

Most woman don't start the vitex until Af has arrived. It SHOULDN'T prolong Af. How far into taking provera are you? Do you chart?

hi thanks for replying it's been 6days since my last provera pill but AF doesn't come until 14days after the last pill. i'm not charting yet until AF comes i started the vitex before AF because i wanted the chance for it to build up in my system.
