There has been a lot of response to this subject not sure if anyone will read mine! lol 47 pages! wow!

Well here goes.

apart from PCOS

i suffer from:-

IBS
Sinus Problems (even had an operation on them, dont recommend it!)
Boils - not nice!
fatigue
Insulin resistance
Skin tags
am obese (hate that word!)
dark patches of skin
skin problems
allergies/hay fever
am also lactose intolerant

Probably more things but they are the main ones!

What a healthy lot we are ! lol
