Several years ago I had a yeast infection on my lower abdomen and down the upper part of my thighs. It started from an allergic reaction to a BCP.

Hope you get it cleared up soon!

Tina I used to get that under the breasts. If you can't get cream from your dr. just buy clotrimazole off the shelf at drugstore. The kind they sell in the foot care aisle. Also, what helps is blow drying the area with a cool hairdryer after a shower. Then apply a thin coat of the cream. You can add a little hydrocortizone cream on top of the anti-fungal for added relief, but don't use just the hydro. because the yeast will worsen.

Whenever I eat to much sugar I get a skin yeast infection either under my arms, on the back of my neck or on my inner thighs (basically sweaty skin folds). Skin yeast infections are fairly common, especially for babies (Thrush) and fairly easily treated but are annoying as all get out. See your doc, get a prescription cream and then keep the area clean, dry and don't irritate it with itchy fabric, tight clothes, makeup, perfume, harsh soaps etc.
