Question I itch all over!

Its about a week or two away from my AF visit from what I can tell. I get an unsually heavy discharge so that's my clue to keep alert. Plus Im under some stress at work which is self induced Im sure, But what has me going bonkers is that Ive notice that my skin itches all over. The worst being my scalp and neck, but also my back, my face and just about every place in between. I thought I was having an allergic reaction to something since tested I learned Im allergic to half the forest. (giggles) Its rained for about two whole weeks here so everything is moldy and that's one of my biggest sources. I also looked into whether Ive changed a product line or not and I have kept with the same products now for some time. So my question is..does anyone else suffer from sudden itching just before a period. Or has stress wigged you out enough that you begin to itch like mad.?!.

I had this problem yesterday! Oh my god...I was going to rip my skin apart. EVERYWHERE!!! It was driving me insane! I took Benadryl (which I hate because I fall sleep) and it stopped. Then of course I was dead tired for the whole day. I guess it was an allergy because the anti-histamine did the trick!

Maybe it's an allergic reaction or dry skin? Right now I have poison ivy so I understand how you feel Have you tried taking Benadryl or using Aveeno body wash? If it is an allergy the Benadryl should help. And Aveeno is very nice for irritated skin.
