Hi everyone! A really good friend told me about a book that her & her husband bought not long ago and how good it is, and all of that. I went to Books a Million today to buy it. It is called, "Taking Control of your Fertility" by Toni Weishler. It is very detailed and I have read and read the information in there. I started charting about a week ago, but this book is going to help me do more than that. I highly recommend it. It also comes with a cd for your computer with loads of information on it. It costs $23.95.
I also bought a book called" The Insulin Resistance Diet." Since I have that, and no other diet has worked for me, I thought I would try it. I haven't read much in it yet because I have had my nose in the other book, but I came home and called my doctor and told the nurse about it, and the nurse agreed that it is a good book. She said that they usually recommend it to those diagnosed with Insulin resistance. Of course I am a new patient of thiers so it was recommended to me. But, anyway, I thought I would share what they told me.
As I read the stuff in the books I will be able to answer more of the questions though. I just thought I would share about them.

I will have to check out the support thread. Thanks for sharing that with me. I have already started it, and so far so good. But of course I have only been on it for 3 days. My husband is even willing to do it with me, of course I will have breakfast and lunch on my own without him here, but I need to learn to do it completely by myself as well.
