Vitex And Npc Experts Please Read!

Well, I put in that post that af had showed. She didn't. She just faked me off! If you read whole post, you will see that I thought I felt o pains on the 7th. On the 24th, I spotted one time when I went to the bathroom and that was it. Not even a little hint of AF anymore.

This is a first. I have never done this before. What do you think I should do?

I'm a little confused. Are you TTC? If so then you don't want to take the NPC until after you have ovulated.
If you aren't TTC, then are you taking NPC to regulate your cycles? If so then don't you take it from like cd10- cd28 so that it will supress ovulation and you will get a period?

I was really just trying to get AF. I haven't had it in so long who knows what cycle day it was when I started it back. I thought I would just use it 2 wks on and 2 wks off until af show. Usually that has always worked in the past. However, this time, I just spotted one day about two weeks after I stopped the NPC. I have never just spotted before and I was just looking for insight into the spotting.
