I just want to make sure I shouldn't be worried...
Hi everyone.
So I've pretty much always ovulated. Maybe a couple months out of the year I wouldn't, but for the most part I did. When I was eating like crap, not exercising, not taking anything but vitamins, and not controlling my insulin resistance (because I didn't know I had it), I was OVULATING.
Now, a few months later, I'm eating really well, exercising a good amount (approx. 40 mins a day, 5-6 days a week), controlling my insulin resistance by taking 1000mg of Cinnamon and 500mcg of Chromium Picolinate a day, and also taking Vitex, and Evening Primrose Oil 3x/day...and I haven't ovulated in two months! ARGH! Could it be the changes I've been making? Please say yes!
i know what you mean constant! my old doc told me loose weight.. you'll be fine!! well i was eating 10x healthier and riding my bike over a mile a day NOTHING the scale went up. Doc can be idiots!!! lol you just gotta keep pushing and demanding what you want maybe a referral to a RE or GYNO if your aren't seeing one would be a good idea!?

Diagnosis's: Asthma Insulin Resistance
Medicines: Proventil HFA (1 puff every four hours as neeed for shortness of breath), Advair (250/50 2 times a day), Metformin (1 500mg pill daily)
Well you could always stop those new things you are doing and see if you start ovulating again? I know with PCOS sometimes your body just changes and there is no rhyme or reason. Hormonal imbalance!! Ugh is right!
