haha I like that eye liner boogers....I have no idea how to get rid of them because I have the same problem. I'm just very cautious and catch them right away so I don't look like a freek for to long.

Change your brand of eyeliner. You might be having a small reaction to the one you're using.
Most of the time I don't wear make up, but when I work, I'm known to cake it on, like there's no tomorrow. Eyeliner is my favorite. (one that I never have any problem with is MAC 'cake' liner. It takes a bit longer to apply, but it is awesome once it's on. Use their slant brush to get it way up into the bottom lashes. It's not 'quite' the same as lining the inside lid, but it still looks really good, and your eyes will look bigger - if that's something you're after...)

I agree with Kat that it could be the brand, I get the same thing. Don't forget though, that is also the eyes natural defense as well. So it could just be because according to the eye, it's something foreign in it, if that makes sense. lol. iw ould try switching brands though. I really dont wear much eyeliner anymore. I'm basically light eyeshadow with a light lip gloss and mascara. I might put a tiny bit of foundation on if I have any blemishes. I like to go for th emore natural look. Here' s apic of me on my wedding day, and hopefully you can see how i didn't even wear too much then. Nevermind, I tried to attach a pic, and i tkept coming up with some kind of error. ohwell.

I had the same problem, especially becuase I wear contacts. My eyes are constinly wet and making my eye liner run or get eye boogies.
I have found with Avon's Waterproof eyeliner pencil (not liquid), that the eyeliner doesn't run and I don't get the eye boogies, unless I sleep in it. My eye doctor actually recomended it. The non-waterproof eyeliner ran so bad, because of wetting my contacts that he recommended the waterproof variety.

I use the 12 hour eye shawdow, and use the darker stuff on my bottom lids as eye liner! just use a small tipped applicator. I have had no problems.

i get it if i put it on right after i woke up. splash ur eyes with water, and use a cotton bud soaked with warm water to to run along the lid to remove sleep debris! then i use a kohl pencil, doesn't budge, coz it's oily...like an oil pastel, it only comes off if you smudge it!
