I have just posted this onto the end of my thread in the pregnancy forum "After 5 years of ttc"
sorry i have to post this, but i wanted to let you know that after 1 week of finding out I was pregnant, i started bleeding. I went to the hospital last saturday and they told me it was likely that I was losing my baby told me to come home, they said that I would experience pain and more bleeding but if it got really bad that I had to change every 30 minutes to go straight back but i stopped bleeding late saturday evening. They booked me in for an internal scan tuesday, I had that done and they said that because I was distressed that they couldnt see as far as they wanted, so i had to have blood test on tuesday and go back 48 hours after for another one for hcg levels, when i went back yesterday to have the blood test I had already started bleeding, so I knew in myself that it was really bad. The hospital phoned me this morning and told me that my hcg levels have rapidly dropped in 48 hours, they have asked me to go back next friday so they can do another pregnancy test and to check to see if everything has gone. I was supposed to be so happy and 2 weeks after finding out I am so upset and really hurting, i feel so empty. everyone keeps saying you will get pregnant again, but i so badly wanted this baby, it took 3 years after my 1st miscarriage, now i am so scared its going to take that long again.

Moving on to IVF after a year of infertility and 3 Femara cycles. Lupron started on 7/27.
I am so sorry to hear about you losing your baby. It is such a great concern for me & DH that the same will happen to us. My heart goes out to you. <<<>>>

I'm so sorry. I had a loss after only one week of joy, and it was shattering. I was sure that I would never be able to carry a baby. I knew that I could never have THAT exact child back in my life again, and the whole thing really threw me into a new low. I hope that if you are feeling really down you can ask for help from a grief counsellor or someone else who will truly understand. I certainly hope that you and your guy will have another chance soon, but we never forget our little ones who weren't with us very long.

I am so sorry for the loss of your little one. I understand your feeling of going from being so happy to being so very sad. It feels like someone turned your world upside down-at least it did for me. I m/c'd my little guy almost 1 month ago and I still long for him to be back with me. There are so many wonderful women on this thread and I believe that they are the main reason I was able to get through my m/c. I agree with Sheri to see a greif counseler if you need to. Please know that we all understand your pain. Take all the time that you need to greive and be good to yourself. You will find the strength inside yourself that you need.
