Default I'm actually disappointed that my boobs hurt.

I'm 4dpo and my boobs hurt. When I was pregnant, I noticed the LACK of boob pain, so now I'm already thinking I'm out for this cycle. Why do I psyche myself out this way?! lol! Although I ended up miscarrying, so maybe painful boobs is GOOD.
For women who have been pregnant more than once, were your symptoms a lot alike or quite different with each pregnancy?

With both my pregnancies my symptoms were different. With my first pregnancy I felt like af was coming and I was so tired. Dh had to convince me to test when I was three days late. I kept telling him that af was coming and I didn't want to see another BFN. I was shocked when it was a BFP. With my second pregnancy I was just tired all the time and my boobs hurt. I just knew I was pregnant even though two tests came back BFN. I waited two weeks before testing again and got a BFP.

In my opinion you aren't out until af rears her ugly head. I hope this is your cycle to get a BFP.

This pregnancy, both in symptoms and how it's gone overall, has been like night and day with the last one.

All my pregnancies I've had sore breasts & heartburn...with the only live birth pregnancy, I had the worst breast/nipple tenderness out of all the pregnancies....

My first pregnancy I didn't have any symptoms at all, second time around I had everything in the book. No 2 pregnancies are exactly the same though, even for the same women. Good luck! Hopefully this is a good sign!

LOL well you ARE only 4DPO...but man...I am like...9dpo and my boobs hurt like MAD!!! They re KILLING me!!! But I am 99.99% sure I'm not preggo because I don't have any other symptoms. Plus my bbs hurt before my last AF too.

So I think sore bbs can really vary. BUT...since it's only 4dpo, breast tenderness now is just a sign of rising estrogen (not progesterone) so even if you DID or did NOT get pregnant they would hurt anyway!

That's what sucks about early pregnancy; it has the same symptoms as PMS. Sore boobs, acne, backache, headache, food cravings, bloating.. everything.

Hey Girls! I am exactly the opposite. Disappointed that they dont hurt....
My first and only pregnancy (which ended in m/c), I was feeling fine except for twinges/cramps and sore boobies. This time round...I really 'felt' pregnant...but have heartburn, lower backpain, moody and tired....BUT my boobs arent sore. I think they are becoming sore now from all the poking...So today - I have NO symptoms.....so am thinking that I am really not preggies......Arrrgghhhh

Thanks girls! So basically I can't go by my first pregnancy symptoms to determine what's going on this cycle. I have to remind myself that!

I actually didn't know that estrogen rises this early (CD 21).

My left boob is killing me. The right one is painless. I'm a med student, and I can't for the life of me figure out how that happens biologically.

Maybe I'm pregnant, but only on the left side of my uterus.

Maybe I sleep on my left side, so all the progesterone sinks down to the left boob. Maybe I'm pregnant with a left-handed baby! Or maybe my right boob is just sure (as I am) that this cycle is a bust, so she refuses to even acknowledge the high levels of progesterone. She's all, "yeah, get back to me when you actually have HCG in your system." Whereas my left one is all "Whoohoo! Par-tay!"
