I'm afraid to take NPC and mess up a possible O!!!
What should I do???
I am supposed to start NPC again today since it's CD15 (I missed it yesterday) but I'm afraid it will supress ovulation if I do? Should I now do it this cycle and see what happens with the Vitex and Dong Quai or shall I do it?? I'm so confused there's so many different options to do!!! LOL
Torie, are you getting any signs at all of a possible O coming soon?? like some EWCM???? If you are.. I'd say.. definately wait!
If not... are you trying to get pregnant? if you are trying to get pregnant.. I might give it a few more days too... but, I wouldn't wait much past day 20...
NO signs of O that I can tell... course I've never been good at it anyways!I'm not trying to get pregnant, just trying to make my body be like a normal woman so when we're ready it won't be as difficult!
I agree with scarletakbe. Hold off until CD20 at the latest. Since you just started the natural route give it some time. Chances are you won't O the first few months - ya never know, though! Since you're not having any O signs at all it probably wouldn't hurt to start it now but that is up to you. Hey, why don't you post your chart so we can all look at it.
I would love to post my chart but it's all messed up! Since I didn't start charting on CD1, it won't let you backdate so it says I'm on like 12/10/03 or something! LOL But atleast their down!! I got them in a little book to.... here they are if your interested and a pro without the handy chart!
You know my opinion on the matter I am sure! I'll say like the others, wait until CD 20 and take the NPC for 14 days after that. It will not arm you to wait a little more, that is for sure.
