Here's a thought
Until I started taking Met (1700mg) ie, the past 36 years, I often suffered from very hot feet in bed. As soon as i took the met this stopped - great! But now at night I'm really cold, I don't mean i'm shivering (except at night when on a skiing holiday) but need extra blankets over my duvet, even in summer . (I don't live in the land of aircon!)

Is anyone else cold out there? I guess it's a circulation thing - it's not really even problematic providing that there are extra blankets around. I'm simply curious.

I had a cold spell when i went up to 1500 of met. However, I also ended up with cold sweats which is a sign of low blood sugar. So just keep an eye on it ok?

I was always really hot natured until recently I began being cold all the time and I found out that I had become anemic due to my spout of extremely heavy bleeding and clotting. So would keep a eye on it like Kukie940 suggested.

I always seem to be cold...can be 80 degrees in the house and I will have a blanket on. DH thinks I'm crazy! I never thought about a link between it and taking met....that is interesting.....hmmm...
