she had to treat her yeast problem to help get her pcos under control. I want to read her story and ask her some questions. She has a link to it in her posts, but I can't find one by her and I can't remember her username.

I will see if I can find it .. by the way I had a yeast infection for over three years. I finally had to cut all yeast out of my diet. I did actually see an improvement in my PCOS.

I have had chronic yeast infection for over 10 years. I have tried EVERYTHING, and nothing seemed to keep me from getting them. I started Met 3 months ago and I have not had a yeast infection since, before Met I had at least 1 infection a month. Met has been wonderful. My RE said that yeast infections were one of the symptoms of IR. Also, I could not take BCP because they caused me to have yeast infections. If your friend is on BCP, this could be causing a problem for her. My RE confirmed that BCP do cause some women to have chronic yeast infections. >I was wondering if some of you could help me. She was saying she took some kind of herbs or suppliments to eleminate or lessen yeast in her system.I remember some years ago there was a big to-do about yeast in the body and a book by Dr, William G. Crook (he was my pediatrician when I was a child). I've read the book a long time ago but didn't find it very helpful at the time.
