This would probably work for both. It's a spin off of an Ellie Kreiger recipe.
1 peach halved and pitted - brush LIGHTLY with canola oil and grill or saute until warmed through
~1/2 to 3/4 cup blue berries - put them in a small sauce pan with 1 tbspn of splenda and 1 tbspn of balsamic vinegar. HEat for about 5 minutes until the sugar and b.vineg. make a sauce. Mash up a couple of the blueberries to add their juice to the sauce.
Serve sauce over grilled peach. Ellie made it with cherries that she pitted, but I didn't have time to pit cherries so I just used blueberries instead. This dessert (or breakfast or snack) is absolutely delicious. You can serve it wiht some cool whip or soy whip. You can also sprinkle it with a little bit of cinnamon. The variations are endless.
