Welcome, babycrave,

After trying for several years with medication after medication, I've decided to go the natural route myself.
I'm currently on the Insulite system, which combines supplements with proper diet and exercise. I've only been on it for 12 days and I feel great and have lost 2 pounds. I've just been trying to watch my diet in the sense of reducing my bad carbs and refined sugar and starches, eating more veggies and fruits and water.
I haven't tried the other supplements, like fish oil or cinnamon. But I'm sure there are a lot of women on the board that could provide feedback on those things.
