Unhappy I'm new and need help

I was just diagnosed with PCOS earlier this month. Ive been on synthroid and met for a week now. My problem is, Im having weak, dizzy spells a lot. Its the same feeling that you get when you havent eaten anything for a long time and your blood sugar drops, but I have at least 2 meals a day. The first thing I do is grab something with lots of sugar because its the only way to make the feeling go away. Im trying to cut down on my sugar intake, but Im having a really hard time. Has anyone else ever had this problem?

Very much sounds like your blood sugar IS dropping to low. You need to have more than just two meals a day. Make sure you have a little bite to eat every 2-3 hours. It doesn't even have to be anything with sugar in it, any protein snack will do too.

I agree with Japan. You are probally not getting enough to eat. Its a good idea to eat several small meals during the day. Met can make you feel pretty icky when you first start it, but I found eating a good balanced meal protien/carb and doing that often really helped me.
