Unhappy I'm sorry

I am sorry! I guess I have offended someone as my posts seem to have been erased.

I REALLY didn't want to hurt anyone else, just wanted some support as I felt depressed about it.

I cant think of anything you ever posted that was offensive....I saw the post about the email and I did not find it mean or anything. So dont sweat it, I am sure who ever deleted it is trying to do some damage control and keep things from spreading.....KWIM?

My advise is to move on and let it roll off you back. I am sure you have a MILLION other things to worry about other then some stupid email form some stupid, disturbed individual who has no life. Further more people who usually talk about suicide DONT DO IT. They crave attention and look for people to feel sorry for them.

Chin up!!!!

Nicole

PM me if you want to talk.

It's used to treat seasonal depression along with other things.

the website for it is www.litebook.com check it out.

You just plug it in while watching tv or on the comp. or whatever and it is supose to give you the light etc that you may be missing.
