I found out on Saturday that I have a 77mm cyst on my right ovary due to a failed Clomid cycle. I knew something was wrong a few days before when I experienced pain during and after sex. Now I'm terrified to have sex. I can't imagine how bad the pain would be if it ruptured, or worse, got twisted and I just don't want to risk it. My RE put me on birth control for the month to help shrink the cyst, but I'm still really scared.

My husband's birthday is in two weeks and I had a really nice, romantic evening planned and I'm worried that my fears are going to ruin it.

Help please. I either need advice and guidance, or I need someone to tell me I'm being crazy!

I know nothing about this, but you:
1. need to talk to your Dr about it
2. talk to your partner about it so he understands why your holding out on him :O)

Well speaking from experience......don't do it until it shrinks!! The pain only gets worse!
