Okie so here is what's going on.. I had a miscarriage on 16th May at 5.5 weeks, which was devastating obviously since DH and I had been trying unsuccessfully for over 3 yrs. And I O'd after 2 weeks after the m/c. I have never had any problem having AF on my own even without the help of met. But have been pretty good about taking my pills and also am taking prenatals.
I had my last period on 13th of June and O'd somewhere around the 23rd. That was the same day I had a fertility appointment with the doc. He did pelvis examination and also took a pap. Had O crampings as usual the following couple days and also BD'd.
Now, I have been having "weird" the past week.. I feel uncomfortable snapping like feelings down near my lower abdomen (kinda feels like ligament tearing), crampings, sore boobs (worse and worse everyday), vivid dreams, light headedness, high temps (nothing less than 98.4) and today nausea. Threw up 3 times in the evening already. Could I be pg? Is it too early since the m/c? I also only have one tube on the right - fortunately, this cycle, I o'd on my right side (I can usually tell by the side that I have cramps on). So, I'm feeling all kinds of crazy right now. Cuz I know I am in 2ww and have been the same kind of feelings I had before my m/c. I'm hopeful but also very scared because of the m/c being so close to now.
I'm so sorry to hear of your loss. It is perfectly possible that you are pregnant again. I've known people get pregnant after m/c without having AF inbetween.
It is understandable that you are scared after what you have been through. I hope the 2ww goes quickly for you and has a positive outcome.

I'm so sorry for your loss. It is perfectly normal to conceive the month after a m/c. I really hope this is it for you, so....
TEST!!!! I was SO nauseous in the 4-5 days before I found out. It definitely sounds positive!
