I'm thankful that for the first time since I was DX I made it a week without breaking down and crying about something. Despite the the fact that I feel the urg to brakedown coming on again, I feel that I deserve a round of aplause. 11 days and counting...
wow thats great i have breakdowns as well and know what you mean i just switched my medication and haven't been having as many breakdowns i sometimes cry over the dumbest things but i have learned to relax and do something for me which has been helping so far
