I am looking for suggestions. I started taking Vitex for AF and after 43 days I started spotting for 5 days before a nice flow started. Well, 26 days later I started spotting again for 10 days before a nice flow started. Should I add something more like NPC to help with the spotting? I am looking for a normal AF without the days and days of spotting before hand.

I think its great that the vitex worked for you. I tried it for about 15 weeks and got nothing.Personally i would try it for a few more cycles and see if the spotting drops off then see about adding something else.HTH

Personnaly, I would give a try to NPC day 12 to 26 and see what you get. Pretty sure however that you won't get any spotting.
