hi ia was just wanting to know if nebody could help me out on wut they took or did to get rid or tame their symptoms and to help them to concieve. ive been ttc for 2 years and have been in the dark about wut to do please help

Well, the first step would probably be to see a doctor and find out which hormones are out of whack, and what he/she recommends you do. There are so many options out there for treating PCOS that I think each of us will answer you differently!

Hi Guera
i am taking the metformin xr to help my insulin levels, when i was ttc with meds, the femara/repronex combo worked for me. also, i am starting to exercise to help with the ttc. good luck to you!

Metformin, a better diet (less or no processed carbs including flour and sugar), less stress, more activity and as was stated above you need to find out what hormones are not right.
