've started bleeding more finally and I am passing lots of tiny clots that are really dark and kind of look like liver like how they say the placenta looks along with some tissue.
is it possible to pass the placenta in tiny pieces?
since the baby was only measuring 6w 1d (0.04cm) will I see the baby or no? and will there be a sac and how big is it usually? or will it break apart too?
is it possible to not see anything but clots?
I know this is just the start and it will get worse but I need to know what to expect

Take that PCOS.

That was my experience...dark clots...big as my thumb...they would come out like a plop!! I never really saw anything that look like 'parts'. I just took it as I would a heavy period...

Mine m/c'ed at 5 weeks... I had intense cramps, clots, heavy flow. The cramping/uterine contractions were the worst part... I definitely recommend taking something for the pain... even if it hasn't started yet, because there's a chance it will.
Some of it all will dissolve (Hence heavy flow), some will pass in clots.
You might see something, but you might not... It just depends.
I was 5 weeks... mine was too small to really see if it did pass or not.
I never saw anything.
(*hugs*)
It really added to the emotional pain for me...
I think it does with everyone.
So, remember we're here if you feel you need us.

I did have clots, and then i passed a grey/white clot mucus thing (tmi sorry). It was the sac. Doc had told me that I might see the sac, but definitely too early to see anything else.
I ended up having what amounted to labour pains the night before I passed the sac. They were pretty intense. Painkillers were definitely helpful.

Oh and if you end up bleeding so much that you're filling a pad an hour, for three consecutive hours, you need to go to the doctor or er.

Oh, thanks Eirnay, for adding about the "going through a pad in an hour" part.
If you go through a pad an hour it could be a sign of hemorrhaging, and you definitely need to go to an ER asap.
(*hugs*) hun.

I had a 7 week m/c and bled for 9 days in total, I passed very little in the way of clots, just bled fairly heavily. I did pass a grey/pinkish piece of tissue that was not bigger than half of my finger on about day 7 . So heavy bleed for 5, medium for 3, light bleed for 2 days.
Are you getting your hcg levels checked to make sure they're going down?

I bled quite a bit the first three days and then spotted, and then it stopped. Yay! I would think, and then it would start up again. Then it would stop, and I would be dry, and then the bleeding would start again.
It's your body doing what it needs to do. You should have your beta checked in the next week or so. They will want to confirm that it is going down.
Unfortunately beta can be stubborn. I still have a + beta in a my system. (It was 56 last week, 10 this week). So your body could take a while to regulate itself out.
Take it easy, pamper yourself. Don't worry about housework or chores. Eat some ice cream (or chocolate or whatever comfort food you prefer). Watch some movies, read a book and just take care of you. The best thing that lifted my spirits and kept my mind off of it all was when my friend abducted me and took me to the hairdresser. It felt so good!

well guys I passed the sac for sure I didn't pick it up but I looked at it and it was clear with some white and blood mixed in it came out and the pain just STOPPED. oh my god I just knew it was over like I've heard.
I am bleeding a medium amount now and I'm a little achy but even less achy than during a light period.
I have an u/s on thursday to make sure it's all gone.
