I know it is hard when God doesn't answer our prayers the way we want. I too have been unsuccessful in conceiving. I have been ttc for 5 years and have taken clomid, injectables, etc and still have had no pregnancy. Do not doubt for a moment that God can't hear you. He hears, but he has is own way of doing things. He knows so much more than we do and he has a much larger plan than we can see. I don't know why he has withheld children from us, but I do know that His plan for us is good. Trust in Him. Hang onto your faith! Tell him how you feel and ask him to help you get through. In the Bible it says that "...As high as the heaves are above the earth, so are my ways above your ways.....". We can't possibly understand his reasons for the some of the things that happen in our lives but we know we can trust in Him because He is good.
Over these past 5Years I have struggled with infertility. I'm now 30 years old and don't know what to do next since everything else has failed me. I want to tell you that I have a great peace about all this now. I still suffer pain at having empty arms, but I find my solace and strength in the Lord and my love for him does not fail because of the circumstances I find myself in. As Christians, we walk by faith. When our faith is challenged, then we see what our true substance is. It's where the "rubber meets the road" so to speak. I think that sometimes God tests us to see if we really trust Him so hang in there!
I know it is hard! I have been trhough alot as have many other Cysters. May God grant you the child of your dreams. Rest in Him. When you pray, give Him all your worries. Don't be ashamed of your doubting. Tell Him about it and ask him to increase your faith. He says in HisWord that if anyone lacks wisdom to ask in faith and He will give it to you. Ask Him to give you wisdom to understand what this is all about. You may find that He replaces your grief and doubt with peace and faith. Remember, He loves you and His plan for your life is good. "......All things work togerther for good for all the called according to His purpose..."
And remember- All the women in the Bible who were "barren" had veryvery special children. (There were many barren women- Sarah, Rebecca, Elizabeth, Hannah, Rachel, etc etc.) Maybe God is going to do the same for you- maybe when you get pregnant it will be so obviously a gift from God that everyone will know it's God. God has good things for those who wait. Hang on Cyster!
