Default I need some help!

The side effects on Met and the symptoms of the Lactic Acidosis are almost the same aren't they? I've been on Met for going on 4 weeks, upping my dose slowly. I've been at 1500 mg for 3 days and I'm feeling very tired, nauseous, dizzy and a little weak on Met despite eating a small snack every couple of hours and sticking to the IR diet. Is it possible that I just don't need that high of a dose? I was better on 1,000 mg, but I've read everywhere that 1500 mg is the minimum effective dose. I don't know what to do.

Do most of you take a B12 supplement in addition to your multi-vitamin or would a multi-vitamin alone do the trick? I'm just taking a One-a-day women's formula multi-vitamin. Should I be doing more?
