I have fretted over asking my endo about raising my met from 1000mg to 1500mg. Well I called this morning and he just said "yes". No explaining, no begging, no nothing.
So my question is this...
they asked if I wanted met ER. I have been on generic reg met and I didn't know so I said keep it the same.
What do you guys think? Anyway, at least for awhile I'll be on the three pills a day so is it best to take one in the am and two in the pm? Or one at noon?
Any advise would be appreciated.

If you are not having any side effects then I would just stay on the reg Met. Met ER is usually for people that can't tolorate the reg Met.
